2.1 The service we provide includes but is not limited to that of allowing you to browse news articles, post messages to a forum (TPV Social) and participate in surveys and agreeing for us to lobby government on behalf of our members.

- edit or delete your account
- suspend or terminate your access to the Site
2.3 We reserve the right at any time and without notice or explanation to edit, make unavailable or delete your posts on the forum.
3 Your Certification
3.1 You are over 18 years of age.
3.2 The information which you supply to us for your account is true, accurate and up to date.
3.3 You will not use this Site in order to advertise or promote products or services.
3.4 You will not use this Site to send spam.
3.5 You will not use this Site in a manner that may cause offence to other users.
3.6 You will not allow another person to use this Site by virtue of making available to them your signing in details.
3.7 You will not include in your account or in messages you send to other users or in comments you post on the forum, any information which is contrary to any law.
3.8 You will not have more than one account at any one time.
3.9 You will not access or attempt to access the accounts of other users and you will not hack or attempt to hack our security systems.

3.11 You will not post any information that would facilitate contact with other users.
3.12 You own the copyright to text and photographs you post and you assign that copyright to us.
3.13 You will not copy or publish any information included in the Site.
3.14 You accept that your first name, username and county will be displayed in messages or comments you post on the forum.
3.15 You accept that if you disclose personal information in messages or comments you post on the forum then you do so entirely at your own risk.
3.16 You accept that if you arrange to meet anyone through this Site then you do so entirely at your own risk.
3.17 You accept that, on joining the Site and subsequently, you will use a password that is different from any others you use on the Internet, and that we may email this password to you should you use our Forgotten Password facility.
4 Limitation of Liability
4.1 We do not guarantee that the information on the Site will be free of errors.
4.2 We do not guarantee any results from our service.
4.3 We do not guarantee that the Site will be available and fully operational at all times.
4.4 You agree to indemnify us from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct whilst using the Site.
4.5 We will not be liable to you for any damages arising in connection with your use of the Site.
5 Termination
5.1 Either you or we can terminate your membership at any time for any reason.
5.2 You can terminate your membership by clicking on the ACCOUNT - DELETE link after signing in to the Site.
6 Jurisdiction
6.1 These Terms shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
6.2 If any part of these Terms are found to be unenforceable by law then the remainder shall still apply.
